Damien Lawson, stage name Damien, was a contestant who competed on Season 7 of The Voice as part of Team Adam.

Competing with a strong heart, Damien wasted no time making a climb for the top, and found himself as an easy fan favorite entering the live shows, despite controversially being chosen over Toia Jones in the Knockouts. During the Top 8 Quarterfinals, Damien had managed to secure an easy entry into the Top 5 and avoid the triple elimination after his performance of Adele's "Someone Like You" managed to crack the Top 10 on iTunes.

In the Top 5, he and Taylor John Williams were the only ones to not secure an iTunes multiplier, and thus were both eliminated with the least amount of votes. However, each of the Top 12 that had been eliminated had the chance to compete for a spot in the finale via the Wildcard round. Performing Bruno Mars' "Grenade", Damien received the most votes and earned the fourth and final spot in the Finale, where he earned the lowest amount of votes in the finale and finished in 4th place.
