Jesse Larson was a contestant on The Voice Season 12. His blind audition of the John Lennon song "Jealous Guy" turned only Adam's chair.
Known for his rocking, soulful vocals and his ability to play guitar which was demonstrated in many of his performances, Jesse fought from the bottom of the competition from Blind Auditions, progressing past the Live Playoffs and advancing all the way into the Season 12 Finale after winning the Top 6 Instant Save vote, defeating Team Gwen's remaining two members Hunter Plake and Brennley Brown.
After a cover, a duet with his coach, and an original song, Jesse Larson was announced to have finished in 4th place, behind Aliyah Moulden, Lauren Duski, and Chris Blue.
