Matt McAndrew was a contestant and finalist on Season 7, and a member of Team Adam. His performance of the Christina Perri song "A Thousand Years" turned three chairs.

A fan favorite out of the gate, Matt secured himself a spot in the live shows with relative ease. He became the first artist in Season 7 to receive an iTunes multiplier for charting in the Top 10 on the iTunes charts, and would proceed to do so 4 more times in the competition.

After an original song, a duet with his coach, and a cover of the Judy Garland classic "Over The Rainbow", Matt finished as the runner-up of Season 7, receiving more votes than Damien Lawson and Chris Jamison, but less than Craig Wayne Boyd.

After The Voice[]

Matt McAndrew, along with Chris MannMatthew Schuler, Mary SarahMichael Sanchez, and Season 10 winner Alisan Porter, joined together in cooperation with The Voice to create The Voice: Neon Dreams, an innovative musical concert performance at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, beginning in Spring 2018.
